SHIPPING & RETURNS
All domestic orders ship free!
All other orders have calculated shipping based on the weight of your package, your location, and the shipping method you choose.
At this time all of our items are ready to ship. We do not list items on our website that need to be made ( although they are all made by our own hands...just in bulk!) or are out of stock. We package and ship orders on business days Monday-Friday. Your tracking number will be sent to you after we have created the label. It may take up to 24 hours after we have created the label for your tracking number to update within the USPS system.
The USPS estimates that you will receive your item 3-5 days after we ship for any First Class Domestic Packages. Priority Mail Domestic Shipping is estimated by USPS to arrive 1-3 days after we ship. Please note that once a package is in the care of USPS it is out of our control what happens next. However, we all know that lost packages just plain suck so if for some reason your package is taking longer than expected just shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do!
International packages and the shipping timeframes vary based on your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen International packages and are exempt from import or duty fees. Those are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your package arrives damaged or you would like to try a different earring size please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to get you a new item you are 100% satisfied with!
*** please note that some of our leather colors are limited edition and we can not guarantee we will have the exact item in a different size for you at the time of your return.
